The property was exceptional with well-mannered staff from a duty manager, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was served in the restaurant. The location was lovely and unbeatable for traveling around Saint Neots, just off a coffee shop in the area, waterfront and sports bar. This hotel met needs in every way, can recommend.

Reasonably large and fairly clean venue with a fantastic value and very committed staff. A good choice of options, fresh food. Marvellous location next to main attractions and a motorway.

The breakfast was above average and nice hot for vegans and the pool was lovely. Liked the double room with modern decor, an excellent bed plus good shower I was given. The hotel's location was remote, in area for family wedding.

This well presented and nicely appointed hotel was in remote location in the centre of St Neots for a meeting.

The breakfast was fresh and at 10.15am, reasonably priced. It was a peaceful location close to the reception/ bar, and all under one roof.

Generally, thoroughly enjoyed this stunningly beautiful and absolutely fabulous accommodation with really good staff from a duty manager. Our deluxe room was new-fashioned with an excellent view of the lake.

The bed was too firm, that's sad thing.
